Our 1st official Sunday Gathering!

This past Sunday, the new expression of the Body of Christ in Campbell River gathered together as Converge Church for the first time. It was a great and exciting morning.

Why was our 1st Sunday gathering great?

It was great because the gospel was heralded, the church gathered in a wide range of ages from babies to the elderly, people were using their gifts to serve and used their gifts to make it happen, we participated in communion, and above all, Jesus was worshipped.

We were super blessed to be sitting on chairs that were donated to us by CLF. We also had a surprise visit at the end of our lunch & fellowship time from Matthew & Deanna Deblanc, the pastor and his wife from Northgate Campbell River, who came bearing a gift for us! What a joy to be encouraged by, prayed for and celebrated among other expressions of the body of Christ!

We look forward to carolling on Christmas Eve
